1. Introduction and Acceptance

3. Eligibility Requirements

Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and fund confiscation.

You may not register an account or use the Services if you are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction, if you are subject to self-exclusion from gambling services, or if you are acting on behalf of a third party.

3.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are prohibited from using epsi99 Services:

• Employees of epsi99 and their immediate family members
• Employees of game providers, payment processors, and affiliated companies
• Individuals who have been previously banned or self-excluded from the Platform

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access the Services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You may only register one Account per person. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Account Information

You are required to provide the following information during registration:

• Date of birth (to verify you are 21 years or older)
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in Indonesia
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred username and secure password

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be liable for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify epsi99 customer support at [email protected] and change your password. We recommend using a strong password containing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

epsi99 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our KYC procedures, we may request the following documents at any time:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government document)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet account showing your name)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. All documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners of the document.

4.5 Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with pending bonuses, active wagering requirements, or ongoing investigations may not be eligible for immediate closure. epsi99 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at our discretion for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may take up to 24 hours to process. epsi99 does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be made to the same payment method used for deposits. You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited as part of our anti-money-laundering procedures.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours after approval. Processing times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, or if additional verification is required. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your account verification level and history.

5.5 Withdrawal Requirements

epsi99 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated play between accounts, betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other unfair advantage tactics.

7. Responsible Gaming

epsi99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and within their means.

7.1 Self-Limitation Tools

Players may set the following limits on their Accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts

• Use of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for unfair advantage
• Depositing funds from stolen payment methods or fraudulent sources
• Money laundering or using the Platform for illegal financial activities
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack Platform software
• Sharing, selling, or trading accounts

Violations of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, epsi99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your Account.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account balance at the time the claim arose. We are not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, unauthorized access to your device, or Force Majeure events beyond our control.

epsi99 is not responsible for errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions. In the event of a technical error or game malfunction, all affected bets will be void, and stakes will be returned to player Accounts.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to online gambling platforms. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations with epsi99 customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration procedures. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.

12.4 Waiver

Failure by epsi99 to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.
